Audit & Optimization

Xela's Optimization services can include:

  • Review of "Current Vendor Billing" by service to develop a baseline of expenses, which will be used to solicit and negotiate comparative service offerings.
  • A detailed report of Xela's findings analysis that will compare the Client's current vendors' services to proposals from vendors, which meet or exceed Xela's selection criteria.
  • The client will be provided with Xela's findings and recommendations for network optimization.
  • Xela's project management team will provide implementation management including carrier services, provisioning and interfacing with Client's equipment vendors to ensure a smooth transition of services.
  • Ongoing billing resolution assistance will be provided as part of Xela's account management program as well as provisioning new services and decommissioning those no longer required by the client.

Once Xela has completed its initial analysis of your services, we will provide network optimization, recommending how to streamline your needs to insure the most resilient and cost effective infrastructure. This can be done initially as well as over time as your needs change.

Implementation

Xela offers full Project Management services for all of your telecommunications needs. Whether you are implementing a new data network, switching your Long Distance Carrier or moving your current service from one location to another, Xela will manage every aspect of your project. We will compose and process all carrier paperwork, track it internally and update you within your expectations. We will coordinate equipment ordering and installation with our vendors or yours. We will project manage all phases of your company's carrier changes from beginning to end.

Ongoing Support & Expense Management

We analyze and recommend solutions to further reduce costs over time and insure against erroneously billed charges. We provide bill reviews to monitor usage by service and whenever possible we suggest ways to minimize telecom spend. These ongoing audits can be done monthly, quarterly or annually.

Xela's support organization is available in an ongoing help desk and expense management capacity for all of its clients.
